This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Goodr LLC and its related companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use and disclose the information of individuals who visit or make a purchase from our website, www.goodr.mom or any other online platforms that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”).


Moreover, this Privacy Policy provides information regarding rights that may be available to you as consumers, explains how to exercise such rights, and includes contact information you may use to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.


What Information We Collect


When using the Site, you may provide information about yourself, including the information listed below and any other information you choose to provide. For example, we collect this information when you place an order, join our email list, create an account, leave a review, contact us, or interact with us for any other purpose. We may also collect your mailing and billing information when you place an order with us. In addition, we may obtain information from third parties about you and link it to other information we have collected.


In the preceding 12 months, the Company collected and disclosed the following categories of personal information:


  • Personal and online identifiers (e.g., name, alias, postal address, online identifier, IP address, email address, login information, telephone number, or similar identifiers);

  • Recordkeeping information (e.g., credit card number, debit card number, or similar financial information);

  • Commercial information (e.g., records regarding purchasing history or tendencies);

  • Internet or other electronic network activity (e.g., browsing history, search history, and information regarding interactions with an online site, email application, advertisement, or similar information);

  • Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law (e.g., age); geolocation data (e.g., coarse location information derived from IP address, zip code);

  • Audio, electronic, or similar information (e.g., photos or videos uploaded to reviews);

  • Sensitive personal information (e.g., log-in credentials and payment information);

  • Inferences drawn from other personal information about your predicted characteristics and preferences; and

  • Other information about you that is linked to the personal information above, such as birthdate.


When you visit, use, and interact with our Site, we (and other entities) may automatically collect information about your visit, use, or interactions. Specifically, we may collect information regarding IP address, browser type, device type, time and date of visit, pages visited and other activities on the Site, coarse location, and other information we collect through the use of cookies and similar technology. We may also derive further information from the data we collect to learn more about your preferences and interests in order to create a more personalized experience in your use of our Site. This information may include the following:


  • Log Information: Information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Site. Log Information includes your IP address, unique personal identifiers, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the Site.

  • Derived Information: We may infer your preferences for certain products or create customer profiles based on the information we collect about you, such as your browsing history, previous purchases, and interactions with our emails and advertisements.

  • Information Collected from Third Parties: Our advertising partners may provide us with information relating to your exposure to and interaction with our advertisements displayed on third party platforms, such as mobile advertising identifiers (MAIDs).


We may log information using Cookies, which are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website (“Cookies”). We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. This type of information is collected to make the Site more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs.   • Third-party service providers who process information on our behalf, such as credit card processors and other companies that help facilitate your transactions, companies that provide advertising and digital content, analytics providers, companies that provide customer support or arrange for deliveries, and our legal or business advisors;

  • Advertising Providers (as defined below) and other advertising partners who provide advertising and marketing services on our behalf; 

  • As part of an actual or potential corporate sale, merger, or acquisition, or other transfer of all or part of our assets, including as part of a bankruptcy proceeding; 

  • Pursuant to a subpoena, court order, governmental inquiry, or other legal process or as otherwise required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of third parties, or to protect the safety or security of any person or entity; and 

  • With your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of data collection or sharing.


We may share deidentified information (including aggregated information) without limitation.


The Site may offer interactive features, such as the ability to leave reviews, that you can use to communicate with other Site visitors or to submit and post your own content. If you disclose information in one of these forums, this information can be viewed, collected, and used by others. 


Digital Advertising & Analytics


We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

If you delete your cookies or use a different browser or mobile device, you may need to renew your opt-out choices exercised through the DAA Webchoices and AppChoices tools. Note that electing to opt out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications. It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests. 


We may also work with third parties that collect data about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time for non-advertising purposes. The Company uses Google Analytics and other third-party services to improve the performance of the Site and for analytics and marketing purposes. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site also includes integrated social media tools or “plug-ins,” such as social networking tools offered by third parties. If you use these tools to share personal information or you otherwise interact with these features on the Site, those companies may collect information about you and may use and share such information in accordance with your account settings, including by sharing such information with the general public. Your interactions with these third-party companies and your use of their tools are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide those tools. State Privacy Rights

Our Purposes for Processing Personal Information. We use and disclose the personal information we collect for our commercial and business purposes, as further described in the “Information Use” and “Information Sharing” sections of the Privacy Policy. 


We may use and share deidentified information to the extent permitted by applicable law. When we use deidentified information, we maintain and use the information in deidentified form and do not attempt to reidentify it, except to check whether our deidentification processes satisfy the requirements of applicable law.


Recipients of Personal Information. We disclose the categories of personal information designated in the “What Information We Collect” section for the commercial and business purposes described in the “Information Use” section above. The recipients to whom we may disclose the categories of personal information designated above (and that may have received such information during the last 12 months) for business purposes include: affiliates and third-party service providers that process personal information on our behalf. 


We share personal information for interest-based advertising purposes but do not otherwise engage in “sales” of personal information as defined by state laws. Specifically, in the past 12 months, we have shared the following categories of personal information with third-party business partners – such as advertising networks – for advertising and marketing purposes, including interest-based advertising: 


  • Personal and online identifiers; 

  • Internet or other electronic network activity; 

  • Geolocation information; and 

  • Inferences drawn from other personal information. 


We use or disclose sensitive personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), solely for purposes that do not require an opt-out opportunity under the CCPA. Additionally, we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.


Your Rights. Residents of certain states have rights with respect to the personal information collected by the Company. You may be able to exercise the following rights (and others) regarding personal information, subject to certain exceptions and limitations:


  • The right to confirm whether we are processing personal information about you.

  • The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you; the categories of sources from which we collected personal information about you; our purposes for collecting or selling personal information about you; the categories of personal information about you that we have sold or disclosed for a business purpose; and the categories of third parties to which we have sold or disclosed personal information.

  • The right to receive a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information.

  • The right to receive a portable and readily usable copy of the personal information we have collected about you, to the extent feasible. 

  • The right to request that we correct inaccuracies in the personal information we have collected about you. 

  • The right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.

  • The right to opt out of (i) the sharing or processing of personal information for targeted advertising; or (ii) the sale of personal information. Please note that if you opt out of certain practices, we may be unable to provide you with some services. 

  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the above privacy rights.

  •  The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where we use such information for purposes beyond those permitted without an opt-out opportunity under applicable law.

  • The right to appeal our denial of a request, as further described below.


How to Make a Request to Access, Delete, or Correct


Consumers (and, where applicable, their authorized agents) may submit requests to access, delete, or correct their personal information by using our online Privacy Request Form, by calling us at 1-833-773-3544, or by emailing us at privacy@goodr.mom.

If you have created a goodr customer account, you may also review and update certain information and preferences by signing in to your account.

To fulfill your request, we need to verify your identity. We will send you an email with a link to confirm your email address and may request additional information where necessary to verify your identity or process your request. We only use the information collected about your request to fulfill and maintain records of your request. Please follow the instructions provided in the communications sent to you, including how to access the fulfillment status and other information related to your request.

We work to fulfill requests within the time frames provided by applicable law. Generally, requests to access, delete, or correct may take up to 30 or 45 days to complete, depending on where you reside. In some cases, we may need additional time (up to 45 to 60 more days) to process certain requests, and we will notify you in advance when additional processing time is needed.


How to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information and of Targeted Advertising


You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising (including through cookies and similar tracking technologies used on our Site) by visiting our Your Privacy Choices page.

You may also opt out by broadcasting a recognized universal opt-out signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), through your browser or a browser extension. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request in the states where such recognition is required.

Opting out through our cookie preferences applies to the browser and device you are using at the time you submit your request. If you use a different browser or device, or clear your cookies, you may need to opt out again.


Authorized Agents


You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Your agent will be required to provide written proof of their authorization to act on your behalf, such as a signed permission from you or a valid power of attorney. In some cases, we may also ask you to directly verify your identity or confirm to us that you provided the agent permission to submit the request.


Exceptions and Other Reasons We May Deny a Request


We may deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity. We use your confirmation of your email address as one way to verify your identity. For example, we may deny your request if you do not timely respond to our request to confirm your email address or provide other information necessary for us to verify your identity or process your request. We may deny a request from an authorized agent if the agent does not provide proof of their authorization.

If you make a request to delete your personal information, we may not be able to delete certain information, including information we need to process your purchase payments, fulfill your orders (including exchanges or returns), provide requested services, or information we are required to maintain for legal, accounting, tax, warranty, or compliance purposes.

We may not be able to honor your request to the extent it would restrict our ability to comply with applicable law (including cooperating with law enforcement) or our regulatory obligations (including maintaining records of your requests and preferences), or where in our good-faith judgment we believe information is necessary to exercise or defend a legal claim or protect our operations and property or the privacy, safety, and property of others.


Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at privacy@goodr.mom with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the time frames provided by applicable law. If you have concerns about the results of an appeal, you may contact the supervisory authority where you reside. California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov. Colorado residents may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov..


Retention


We retain personal information in identifiable form only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal information was provided to us. This may include retention to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, or to satisfy any similar essential purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information, the purposes for which we process personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. Once the retention period expires and if not otherwise required to retain information by law, we will delete or deidentify personal information.


Your Choice


To opt out of our email marketing, you can use the link provided at the bottom of each marketing message. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationships with you, such as order confirmations. 


To opt out of our text marketing, you can reply “STOP” to any of our messages.
