goodr Strava Challenge Terms + Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Agreement to Rules: By participating in the contest outlined herein (the “Contest”), you, the participant (“You” or “Your”), agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Contest rules (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”, “We”, or “Us”).  You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements herein. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of goodr as final and binding as it relates to the execution of the Contest and interpretation of these Rules.

2. Contest Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who (i) run or walk the 0.25 mi segment as designated in Strava (“Designated Segment”), (ii) comply with these Rules, (iii) are eighteen years old as of the date of entry, and (iv) are legal residents of the United States. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by such laws.

3. Contest Period:  The Contest will run from September 1, 2026 at 12:01am CT to October 10, 2026 at 11:59pm CT (“Contest Period”).  The winners will be notified within one (1) month of the end of the Contest Period.

4. How to Enter:  To enter the Contest, You must complete the Designated Segment during the Contest Period. You can attempt the Designated Segment as many times as You like. 

5. Promotion. Every participant that completes the Designated Segment during the Contest Period will earn a 25% discount (“Discount”) off an entire order, redeemable at goodr.mom, the goodr Cabana in Venice, CA, or in-store at the following downtown Chicago Fleet Feet locations: 

• • Old Town: 1706 N Wells St., Chicago, IL 60614 and 

  • South Loop: 150 W Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60605. 

Discount applies to all products with no minimum purchase required. Offer is limited to one (1) use per customer and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes, or offers. Discounts must be redeemed within four (4) weeks following the end of the contest, the last day to redeem the discount will be November 11, 2026. 

6. Winner Selection and Judging (Game of Skill): This is a game of skill; prizes are awarded based on skill rather than chance. The prizes will be awarded to: 

1. 1. A single participant who completes the Designated Segment with the fastest overall time during the Contest Period, and 

   2. A single participant who completes the Designated Segment with the slowest overall time during the Contest Period. 

Tiebreaker: If there is a tie in either category, the prize will go to the participant who achieved the benchmark first. 

7. Prizes and Distribution: Each of the two (2) winners described above will receive one (1) Theragun Mini Pro. Prizes will be shipped to each confirmed winner within one (1) month following receipt of the winner’s response to the Strava direct message containing complete and valid shipping information.

8. Retailer & Group Participation: For entries submitted by a retail partner, team, or organized run club, the entity or individual who owns the Strava account used for the submission shall be deemed the "Primary Entrant."  goodr will ship the total prize quantity to one (1) single address provided by the Primary Entrant. The Primary Entrant is solely responsible for the subsequent distribution, allocation, or internal rewarding of prizes among their group members or customers . goodr is not responsible for any disputes arising from the internal allocation of prizes by the Primary Entrant.

9. Tax Responsibility: No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at goodr’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner/Primary Entrant.  

10. Winner Selection and Notification:  The winners will be notified by direct message via the Strava account they used to enter the Contest. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner will be selected based on the judging criteria. Receipt by a winner of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.  ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (DETERMINED AT GOODR‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

11. Rights to User Content & Reposting: By submitting an entry, You hereby grant goodr an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry (including reposting on Instagram or other social media) for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for goodr to use the winner’s name and likeness for similar promotional purposes.

12. Terms & Conditions: goodr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond goodr’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

13. Indemnification; Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty: By entering, You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless GOODR LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Your participation in the Contest and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.  IN ANY EVENT, GOODR’S AGGREGATE TOTAL MONETARY LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, CONTRIBUTION, AND CONTRACT THEORIES) WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE PRIZES GIVEN TO THE WINNER HEREUNDER.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING IN THESE RULES AND IN THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GOODR’S STANDARD LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, THE PRIZES AWARDED, IS PROVIDED “AS IS’ WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ENTRANTS. EACH ENTRANT SHOULD CHECK SUCH ENTRANT’S LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

14. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles County, California, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

15. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s names or a copy of these Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Goodr LLC, 300 N Oak St., Inglewood, CA 90302.

16. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Contest is Goodr LLC, 300 N Oak St., Inglewood, CA 90302.

17. Social Media Release: The Contest hosted by goodr is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You hereby agree to release and hold harmless Facebook or Instagram from any liability, damages, losses, costs or expenses incurred by you in association with the Contest.
