Bundle Builder Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Rules: By making a purchase during the Promotion Period (defined below), you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms + Conditions (the “Rules”), as established by Goodr LLC (“goodr”).  You represent and warrant that You meet any eligibility requirements herein. 

2. Promotion Details: 

• Promotion Period: The Bundle Builder Promotion begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. PT and will end at a time to be determined by goodr on a later date. 

• Discount: Customers can participate in the Promotion by creating a custom bundle or purchasing pre-built bundles from the “Bundle Builder” collection on goodr.mom. All custom and pre-built bundles are governed by the following rules:

• Discount Calculation: Discount tiers, required item quantities, and corresponding savings percentages are dynamically calculated and explicitly displayed in real-time within the on-site Bundle Builder tool or on pre-built bundle product pages.

• Automatic Checkout Application: The applicable tier discount will automatically apply at checkout upon adding pre-built bundles or the requisite number of eligible items to the bundle.

• Collection Eligibility: Only products and pre-built bundles listed within the “Bundle Builder” collection on goodr.mom are eligible for the Promotion discount. Products outside the “Bundle Builder” collection are strictly excluded, even if purchased within the same order, and will not count toward any bundle discount tier.

3. Exclusions

• Gift Cards: Gift cards may be used as a form of payment for a Bundle Builder purchase; however, gift cards themselves are not eligible for inclusion in a bundle, do not count toward any bundle discount tier, and may not be purchased using the Promotion discount. 

• Combining Discounts: Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, and/or shipping offers (except for goodr’s standard free shipping offer).
  
  

4. Order Fulfillment: goodr reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected unauthorized resale; and/or any other reason deemed necessary by goodr.
   
   

5. Loyalty Points: Previously accrued Loyalty points may be redeemed during the Promotion Period and/or combined with the Promotion.
   
   

6. Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Promotion will be subject to goodr’s standard return policy. Refunds or credits will reflect the promotional price paid.
   
   

7. Out of Stock Items: Promotion is valid only on in-stock items during the Promotion Period. goodr does not guarantee inventory availability.
   
   

8. Taxes and Shipping: Discount percentages apply solely to the purchase price of eligible Bundle Builder items and exclude applicable federal, state, provincial, or local sales taxes, duties, VAT, and shipping or handling fees. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated based on the discounted (post-Promotion) price of eligible items and are not eligible for any further discount.
